1.Tell you why I befriended you.
2.Tell you my favorite thing about you.
3.Associate you with something random: a song, a color, a photo, etc.
4.Tell you a memory of you that I try to remember.
5.Ask something I've always wanted to know about you.
6.Tell you what I'd do if we were in the same room right now.
7.If you and I are handcuffed together in a cop car. Using only 3 words, what I would say to you.

I have some fantastic news to share!
The writer who created the "Order of the Chaotic" series of short stories which became a sort of underground comic back in the early years of the new millennium has dusted off his typewriter, so to speak, and begun creating a new and re-imagined version of the series. He's publishing it online under the pen name of "Average Joe", a private website he started as a forum for musings on films and sundry pop culture sensations.
Here's the link for anyone who is interested in checking out the new adventures. http://twitteraveragejoe.blogspot.ca/2017/02/order-part-one.html
A question for anyone who knows
Ok folks, I'm hoping someone who's better at navigating DA than I am has some advice for me.
A few months back, DA made some major changes to the site, and one of them was the elimination of "channels" which it said were the least used feature in all of DA. I find this pretty hard to believe, but if it were true, you might not even remember what "channels" were. They were basically automatic searches which loaded the newest content of up to 4 specified criteria. They loaded when you logged in so you could see them along with the front page at a glance. When they were removed, I found myself having to search individually for each of my areas

Thanks to the internet, however, and web sites like DeviantArt here, there's now a means for people with an interest in art to find (or at least look for) the people who create the kind of art they appreciate. It's like a giant art gallery that's open 24/7/52 and everyone with a computer has the door to it in their living room (so to speak).
With this in mind, I would like to draw your attention to a new-ish member of the DA community who has recently decided to try her hand at commis
Website designer needed
A few years ago, an artist friend and I were chatting, and he mentioned that exposure alone isn't all that valuable to artists, especially ones who have honed their craft to a point where their work is considered desirable. The reason he cited was the fact that there is a veritable legion of people out there who want to avail themselves of the artist's services but who either cannot or do not wish to pay for them. People who would be offended if someone suggested they should go and flip burgers for hours for no pay are all too happy to assume that someone who has spent years getting good at something has nothing better to do than draw for

if I put this up and got a hundred or so replies...
be very annoying.
There was a list of Q's like this that phantom put up a few years ago. It was fun and cute.
I went with it then...and I'm still licking those wounds.
